Three Valentine’s Day offerings from Elizabeth Clare Prophet, Saint Germain and Paul the Venetian.
1. Teaching on Twin Flames, by Elizabeth Clare Prophet, San Francisco, California, February 13, 1988. 30 minutes.
“If you don’t have a good relationship with yourself, don’t expect to have a good relationship with your twin flame just because you are tied at inner levels.
If you get a copy of our magazine with Nelson Eddy and Jeanette MacDonald on the cover, you will see the story of twin flames who blew it out of pride and the desire for fame.
“I’ve seen many sets of twin flames who have just plain blown it. They get together and there are things they desire more. They desire success and name and fame and wealth and all kinds of things more than they desire the perfect love of God of their oneness.
“Finding your twin flame may be a disaster if you lose that twin flame because you are not at the level of Christhood where you need to be to balance the karma of that relationship. You have to stand through thick and thin because a twin-flame relationship is always a path of initiation. You come together to balance karma to get back where you were in the heart of God in the Great Central Sun. And as fast as you are willing to balance that karma through love and harmony and the violet flame and service, the faster you accelerate.”
2. The Law of Self-Transcendence: “What Man Has Done, Man Can Do!” A dictation by Saint Germain, San Francisco, California, February 13, 1988, 30 minutes.
3. Elizabeth Clare Prophet reading Saint Germain’s valentine poem, and teachings. 21 minutes.
“Ever since February of 1967, I have wanted to take beloved Saint Germain’s Valentine Pearl and make it into a Valentine card. And somehow, each year it didn’t happen. But this year, a number of weeks ago, I said, “This is the year for Saint Germain’s Valentine.” I wanted everyone that we know, everyone we’ve contacted on our stump to see our beloved Knight Commander, to hear his poem and to have his teaching. And so our wonderful staff has obliged and printed and mailed on Friday, this beautiful Valentine card from Saint Germain.
“When I determined to get it out this year, I didn’t realize how appropriate his poem and message are. They’re very appropriate. And I love them because of the beauty of the poem, because of his incomparable genius in the putting into the poem the hieroglyphs of reality and maintaining the poetry while saying exactly what he wants to say. And those of us who are amateur poets somehow know how, when we try to write poetry, the rhyme carries us far afield of the message he would really like to be saying. [laughter] But not so with Saint Germain.”
4. “The Greatest Valentine of All,” by Paul the Venetian, printed dictation, February 11, 1973.
“The wonderful world of childhood is great because of the mystical sense of being and of believing in the permanence of Life at the same time that its ongoingness is assessed by the soul as joyous expectancy and spiritual advancement. Such ideas permeating the body and the mind of man produce, even within his physical form, the fragrant hope that, in rivulets of joy, surges with the currents of a mighty river through the whole being. Washing away troubles and cares, hope creates a vanishing point for darkness and a search of far horizons for the faintest star of joy and Light.”
