How to Register for TSL Teens Washington, D.C. Trip – July 27 – August 2, 2011

HOW TO REGISTER

The total cost of this trip is $847 per person (airfare NOT included), made in two installments.
To reserve your spot and register for this trip, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1

An initial payment of $250* must be received by May 15, 2011 along with a completed
Trip Registration Form.  Payment can be made by cash or check made out to TSL/CUT with
“TSL Teens United Fund” noted in the memo line.

Registration Forms and payment should be MAILED to the following address, post-marked no
later than May 15, 2011.

STEP 2

A second payment of $597* must be received by June 9, 2011. Payment can be made by
cash or check made out to TSL/CUT with “TSL Teens Washington DC Trip” in the memo line.

Payment should be MAILED to the address above, post-marked no later than June 9, 2011.

*Refund Policy: Down payments of $250 will be refundable up until May 23rd. After this date,
all down payments are non-refundable. All final payments of $597 will be refundable up until
June 25th. After this date, all final payments are non-refundable.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION on BOOKING YOUR FLIGHT**
Each participant is responsible for arranging his or her own flight to and from DC. When booking your flight, all flights must arrive into REGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT, Washington, DC on July 27, 2011 between the hours of 1:30pm – 4pm EST.  All flights must depart Regan National Airport on August 2, 2011 between the hours of 5pm – 7:30pm EST.

All participants will be received by trip chaperones in the airport and shuttled to/from the hotel between these times. If you have any trouble booking a flight within these time frames, please let us know ASAP (email: srowe@tsl.org).
