What it means to be part of a spiritual community
Where God is honored, God is present
Where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst of them. This is God's promise…to be with us when we unite in His name, to be the wind in our sails and to answer our earnest prayers to Him. Never is it more vital to understand the power of this promise than when we choose to pursue a spiritual path through our busy, modern, material world.
When you seek, you are never alone
A spiritual path can sometimes feel lonely, but this is an illusion. Most often, this comes about because a spiritual focus changes our priorities. And what was once important from a worldly point of view, ceases to have any power or influence over us. And those who are still in thrall notice. Some will reject us, because they are not ready or cannot bear to give up what they think is real in the world. But there will be a precious few who will find their souls and their awareness beginning to resonate with ours.
There is a community where
your soul will find friends…and freedom!
Souls who come together in their seeking find comfort in community. And this is true even when the chosen spiritual community, though high in devotional quality, may be few in actual numbers.
